Tickets & Code of Conduct

1. General

By entering into a contract with Black Magic, all parties agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Any variations to these terms must have written consent from Black Magic.

2. Concert Tickets

When purchasing tickets for Black Magic events, customers are responsible for verifying the event details, such as date, time, location, and price. Black Magic does not guarantee the accuracy of the event information provided on external ticketing platforms.

Ticket holders are responsible for staying informed of any event changes, including cancellations or rescheduling.

3. Return of Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellations or rescheduling.

For cancellations or rescheduled events: Ticket holders may request refunds up until 6 p.m. on the rescheduled event date. No refund requests will be accepted after this time.
Refund limitations: Only the ticket’s base price is refundable; booking, shipping, and other fees are non-refundable. Rescheduled event tickets will remain valid, but re-entry rights are not guaranteed for alternative locations.

4. Liability

Black Magic holds liability only for intentional or grossly negligent conduct of its representatives or agents. This does not apply to critical contractual obligations or assured attributes.
Black Magic will not replace lost tickets, nor is it liable for damages resulting from unforeseen events or force majeure.

5. Event Attendance

5.1 Admission

Event admission is granted upon presentation of a valid ticket and is limited to the named event.

Re-entry: Tickets become invalid if the attendee leaves the venue and cannot be used for re-entry.
Age restrictions: Attendees under 16 years of age require parental or guardian supervision.
Security: Entry may involve security checks, and certain items, including food, glass containers, cans, cool bags, pyrotechnics, weapons, and dangerous objects, are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Event Rules

Black Magic reserves the right to alter the event lineup without prior notice.
Venue-specific rules and security instructions must be followed. Entering restricted areas like the stage or barriers is prohibited.
Non-compliance with these terms or the venue’s house rules may result in removal from the event.

5.3 Health & Safety

Black Magic advises attendees about potential health risks associated with loud music, and any risks are assumed by the attendee. Hearing protection is recommended.
Black Magic assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen personal belongings at events.
